One-of-a-kind pieces
Jars, bowls and free forms that Ingrid shapes outside any series. Each object exists only once and is sold on request.
One form,
only once.
Alongside her tableware, Ingrid makes objects meant to be looked at. A moon jar, a layered bowl, a series of white bottles: form comes first, and use is no longer the point.
Crackles, cracks, traces of smoke: the surface keeps the memory of the fire and of the hand. No piece is ever made twice.
What is corrected elsewhere
is kept here.
A few pieces.
A glimpse of what leaves the studio. The pieces change with each firing: some have already gone, others are waiting.

Time is part
of the piece.
Finding the form
It all starts on the wheel or by hand-building, with no template. The form is found while working the clay.
Giving it time
A large piece dries slowly before its first firing. Nothing is rushed.
Glazing by hand
Thick glaze, slip or bare clay: the choice is made piece by piece.
Letting the fire work
Crackles, runs and traces of smoke are born in the firing. They cannot be repeated.
Acquiring
a piece.
One-of-a-kind pieces do not go through the basket. Every request is a direct exchange with Ingrid.
You write to the studio
Say which piece caught your eye, or describe what you are looking for: a form, a size, the place where it will stand.
Ingrid replies
She sends you photos, dimensions, the price and the shipping cost to your address.
The piece is reserved for you
Once agreed, it is packed in the studio and shipped, or handed over in person at Giv’at Brenner.
The pieces shown here are not always available. Ingrid also makes pieces to order, in the same spirit.
Fresh from the kiln
One email each time the kiln is opened, nothing more.
